Job Description:

Prime Healthcare Group LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our nursing team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support nursing standards, and ensure compliance with international patient safety goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver and facilitate quality nursing care while managing the care environment.
• Support the establishment and implementation of nursing standards and care guidelines.
• Provide Total Patient Care using the scientific nursing process, evidence-based practices, and clinical pathways.
• Ensure compliance with International Patient Safety Goals (IPSG) and hospital policies.
• Uphold Patient Rights, patient education, and statutory healthcare requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Must hold a valid DHA license or Eligibility Letter.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (UAE/Gulf region experience preferred).
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills.
• Compassionate, adaptable, and a team player.
