Job Summary

Radisson Dubai Damac Hills is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join the housekeeping team. As a key member of the team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring guest rooms are spotless, comfortable, and perfectly presented—leaving a lasting impression on every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms.
• Ensure all amenities are replenished, pillows fluffed, and mirrors gleaming.
• Proactively support guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of the housekeeping department.
• Report maintenance issues or guest requests promptly to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Flexible, positive attitude with a Yes I Can! approach.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for cleanliness.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
