Job Summary

Radisson Hotel Group in Ajman is looking for a motivated Waitress to join the Food & Beverage team. In this role, you’ll ensure guests enjoy a flawless dining experience, assist colleagues in daily operations, and uphold RHG’s high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional, attentive, and timely Food & Beverage service to all guests.
• Take orders accurately, make recommendations, and ensure guest needs are met.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Support departmental strategies, taking ownership of assigned service areas.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in assigned sections.
• Monitor and maintain inventory while meeting productivity targets.
• Promote teamwork, uphold company culture, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Follow all health, safety, and food handling regulations.

Qualifications

• National academic qualifications preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Food & Beverage service (hospitality background preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, guest-focused attitude with a proactive approach.
