Job Summary:

Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is seeking a Waitress to provide excellent service to guests, ensure smooth operations in F&B outlets, and create memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous, professional, and attentive service to guests
• Assist in handling guest complaints and ensure follow-up
• Perform opening and closing duties in assigned outlets
• Monitor F&B supplies and reduce wastage
• Recommend food & beverage options, upsell, and cross-sell
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming and hygiene
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support operations

Qualifications:

• Degree/diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in hotel operations
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
