Job Description

The Assistant Deli Manager will support the Deli Manager in all aspects of daily operations, including staff supervision, service flow management, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. This role acts as the shift leader in the manager's absence.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or deli setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Lebanese cuisine and hospitality standards.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and delegation skills.
  • A commitment to maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
