Supervisor

The Supervisor oversees specific shifts or sections of the deli (Front-of-House or Back-of-House), ensuring smooth operations, directing staff, and resolving minor issues to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and productivity.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both staff and guest interactions.
• Experience in an environment serving specialized ethnic cuisine, such as Lebanese, is highly beneficial.
