Job Description

The Assistant Service Chef supports the Service Chef in all aspects of food preparation and service, assisting with mise en place, cooking, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the station throughout service.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Commis Chef or Assistant in a professional kitchen.
  • Familiarity with the ingredients and preparation methods of Lebanese cuisine.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
  • A strong commitment to cleanliness and food hygiene.
