Barista

The Barista will craft high-quality coffee and specialty beverages, contributing to the premium dining experience. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining espresso equipment, managing the coffee station, and providing knowledgeable recommendations to guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Crafting: Prepare and serve a full range of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, filtered coffee, specialty drinks, and tea, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
• Equipment Management: Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment, performing daily cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Product Knowledge: Educate guests on various coffee beans, roasts, and preparation methods, and offer recommendations.
• Inventory & Stocking: Monitor and replenish coffee, tea, milk, and other station supplies.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all drinks meet the establishment's standards before being served to the guest.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven work experience as a Barista, with expertise in espresso preparation and latte art being highly advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting commercial espresso equipment.
• Attention to Detail for recipe accuracy and drink presentation.
• Knowledge of various coffee origins and brewing techniques.
• Excellent Customer Service skills and a clean, organized work ethic.
