Job Description

The Chef De Partie will manage a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., pastry, sauce, grill) under the supervision of the Sous Chef. Responsibilities include prep work, managing the station during service, controlling stock for the station, and training junior staff on station procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CDP in a quality restaurant or hotel.
  • Skills & Knowledge: Expertise in a specific kitchen section, high standards of execution, and an ability to maintain organization and cleanliness during high-pressure service.
