Job Description

The Chef de Partie (CDP) is responsible for running a specific station or section of the kitchen independently. We are seeking specialists in Pastry, Burger, Hot Kitchen (Sauce/Grill), and Pizza Making, capable of high-quality, consistent output in their respective areas.

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or 3+ years in a professional kitchen specializing in the desired section.
  • Education: Relevant culinary degree or specialized training (e.g., dedicated pastry course).
  • Skills:
  • Specialized Expertise: Mastery of techniques relevant to the chosen section (e.g., dough handling for Pizza Maker, complex sauce making for Hot Kitchen, or lamination for Pastry).
  • Management: Ability to manage inventory, ordering, and prep for the assigned station.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills to supervise and direct Commis and Demi Chefs assigned to the station.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring all dishes leaving the station meet the highest standards of presentation and taste.
