Job Description

The Chef De Partie is responsible for running a specific section or 'station' in the kitchen (e.g., grill, pasta, sauces). This role involves preparing all items relevant to that station, ensuring the consistency and quality of dishes, and maintaining the cleanliness of the workspace.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Chef De Partie or Demi Chef de Partie, specializing in one or more kitchen stations.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain quality and speed under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for effective station management.
  • Knowledge of professional kitchen equipment and safety procedures.
  • Candidates with fluency in Italian will be preferred.
