Floor Supervisor

You will oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house team, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and cleanliness are met. This leadership role involves staff training, scheduling, inventory management, resolving guest issues, and potentially creating content to promote the café.

• Proven leadership and management experience in a café or hospitality environment.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong financial acumen for daily reporting and cash management.
• Ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
• Videography skills are a significant plus (creating social media content, training videos, etc.).
