Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Guest Relations Executive to manage and elevate the overall guest journey from reservation to departure. This role is paramount in ensuring every patron feels valued, attended to, and completely satisfied with their Belcanto experience. You will be the primary link between our guests and the dining room, solving issues with grace and ensuring our 5-star standard is always met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • VIP & Reservations Management: Handle all high-profile guest reservations, requests, and preferences, maintaining a detailed database of clientele to ensure a personalized experience on every visit.
  • First Impression: Warmly welcome and escort guests to their tables, managing the flow of the dining room and seating arrangements to optimize service efficiency and guest comfort.
  • Relationship Building: Act as the main point of contact for guest feedback and complaints, resolving issues immediately and with utmost professionalism and discretion to maintain loyalty.
  • Liaison: Collaborate closely with the Head Waitress, Maรฎtre D', and culinary team to communicate special requests, dietary restrictions, and timing issues.
  • Ambiance Control: Monitor the dining room ambiance, music, lighting, and cleanliness, ensuring they are always aligned with the Belcanto brand standard.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly reports on guest feedback, occupancy rates, and no-show statistics for management review.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a Guest Relations, Concierge, or Host/Hostess role within a luxury, fine dining, or 5-star hospitality environment is essential.
  • Exceptional Communication: Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory; proficiency in a second language (e.g., Arabic, Italian, Russian) is highly desirable.
  • Team Player: A positive attitude and a strong collaborative spirit, with the ability to work seamlessly under pressure in a high-volume, prestigious setting.
  • Immediacy: Ability to join immediately or on short notice is a significant advantage.
  • Presence & Poise: Naturally charismatic and articulate, with a professional, polished presentation and a deep understanding of luxury service etiquette.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills with a proactive approach to anticipating guest needs.
