Job Description

The Head Hostess is the first impression of Kapitol. You will manage all reservations, seating arrangements, and the flow of guests in the venue. Responsibilities include assigning duties to the Hostess team, maintaining accurate records, handling large group bookings, and ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and efficient entry experience for every guest.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Head Hostess or senior Hostess in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or lounge.
  • Skills & Knowledge: Expertise in reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, SevenRooms), strong organizational and communication skills, and an immaculate professional presentation.
