Job Description

The Head Waiter will be responsible for leading a section or a team of waiters on the floor. Key duties include ensuring all guests in your section receive prompt and attentive service, handling complex orders and special requests, mentoring junior staff, and resolving minor service issues immediately to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Server in a high-end restaurant or lounge.
  • Skills & Knowledge: Exceptional product knowledge (food and beverage), strong leadership skills, and proficiency in high-standard table service protocols.
