Job Description

We are searching for a knowledgeable and passionate Junior Sommelier to assist our wine program. This role involves recommending and serving wine to guests, maintaining the cellar, managing inventory, and supporting the front-of-house team with beverage service.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-end restaurant or similar field, with a focus on beverage service.
  • Foundational knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, with a recognized sommelier certification (WSET Level 2/3 or equivalent) preferred.
  • Strong ability to communicate wine knowledge to guests in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
