Job Description

You will be a vital part of the kitchen, responsible for preparing ingredients, assembling cold dishes (salads, sandwiches, cold desserts), and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the prep and cold sections according to health and safety standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fundamental knife skills and food preparation techniques.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP principles).
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently.
  • Experience working in a commercial kitchen environment.
  • Dependable and able to work independently.
