Job Description

The Restaurant Manager will be the operational and administrative head of the dining experience at Kapitol. You will be responsible for managing all service staff, achieving financial targets, maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service, and ensuring smooth, efficient operation in a high-volume, dynamic environment. This is a leadership role focused on driving success from the pre-opening phase onward.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end, high-volume restaurant, bar, or lifestyle venue in the UAE. Pre-opening experience is a significant advantage.
  • Skills & Knowledge: Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, P&L management, and staff training skills. Deep knowledge of F&B operations, health, and safety regulations, and inventory control.
