Job Description

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operation, performance, and profitability of the restaurant. This role involves leading the team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high operational standards, and managing all administrative and financial aspects of the venue.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume dining establishment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Candidates with fluency in Italian will be preferred.
