Job Description

The Restaurant Supervisor will be key to managing day-to-day service execution and supporting the Restaurant Manager. You will be responsible for staff deployment, managing floor operations during service, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and training and mentoring the junior service team to uphold Kapitol's luxury service standards.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a premium restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Skills & Knowledge: Proven ability to manage a service floor, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. Proficient in POS systems and service flow management.
