Restaurant Supervisor

The Restaurant Supervisor acts as the shift leader, directly overseeing all front-of-house activities to ensure service standards are consistently met. You will coordinate the flow of the dining room, manage server stations, and ensure that every guest receives prompt, professional, and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

• Shift Management: Directly supervise service during shifts, ensuring all opening, closing, and side duties are completed to standard.
• Service Coordination: Control the seating chart, manage guest flow, and coordinate communication between the front-of-house and the kitchen.
• Team Support: Guide and assist Waiters, Food Runners, and Hostess in executing service efficiently, including running food, bussing, and resetting tables.
• Quality Control: Monitor food and beverage quality before it reaches the guest and ensure the dining area is impeccably clean and organized.
• Conflict Resolution: Address immediate guest feedback and handle minor service issues professionally.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume or fine dining restaurant environment.
• Exceptional Organizational Skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Outstanding Customer Service and Communication skills.
• Proven ability to train and mentor junior staff.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on presentation and restaurant aesthetic.
