The Runner is vital for the swift and accurate delivery of food and beverages from the kitchen/bar to the service areas and guest tables. This role requires speed, attention to detail, and seamless communication with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain service flow.

  • Skills & Knowledge: High energy, stamina, strong ability to multitask, and a clear understanding of food and service presentation standards.
