Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Bartender with proven expertise in creating classic and innovative cocktails. You will mentor junior staff, manage bar inventory, and ensure the highest standards of beverage quality and presentation in a high-end setting.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, to the highest standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the cocktail menu, wine list, and spirits inventory.
  • Oversee daily bar operations, including setup, breakdown, and cleaning, ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations.
  • Control bar stock, including ordering, receiving, and minimizing waste.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests seated at the bar, engaging in professional and friendly conversation.
