Job Description

The Steward Supervisor manages the stewarding team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation for all kitchen equipment, dishware, glassware, and back-of-house areas. You will manage scheduling, training, chemical inventory, and machine maintenance for the department.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a stewarding or sanitation department within a large hospitality environment.
  • Skills & Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HACCP/food hygiene regulations, chemical handling protocols, and team leadership abilities.
