Job Description

The Team Leader is a vital supervisory role, responsible for the daily operations and performance of our floor staff. You will drive excellence in service, mentor team members, and ensure the operational efficiency of the center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervision & Mentoring: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of staff, conducting daily briefings and providing real-time feedback and coaching.
  • Operational Control: Oversee daily operations, ensuring all activities run according to schedule and quality standards are maintained.
  • Administrative Support: Utilize Computer Skills to manage staff rotas, daily reports, and handle minor operational documentation.
  • Conflict Resolution: Act as the first escalation point for customer or staff issues, resolving them quickly and professionally.
  • Communication Hub: Ensure clear and effective communication between management and front-line staff.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • Prior experience in a Leadership/Supervisory role within the retail, F&B, or leisure sector.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English is mandatory for effective team and client interaction.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills (verbal and written).
  • Solid Computer Skills (MS Office, CRM systems, POS).
