About the Role

As the Vice Principal, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the academic and operational success of the school. You will work closely with the Principal to support strategic planning, drive educational excellence, and ensure a safe and inclusive environment for both staff and students.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Principal in the overall administration and leadership of the school.
• Supervise academic programs and ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
• Implement school policies and promote discipline, safety, and student well-being.
• Lead professional development initiatives for staff.
• Coordinate with various departments to improve operational efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider school community.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master's degree in Education or a related field (B.Ed mandatory).
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a CBSE school setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of KHDA regulations and inspection frameworks is an advantage.
• Passionate about student development and academic excellence.
