Accountant

• We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Accountant to manage the financial operations of our construction and interior fit-out projects. This role requires a professional who understands industry-specific accounting processes and can provide critical financial oversight for multiple high-value projects.
• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial statements and comprehensive reports for management.
• Project Finance: Manage accounts payable and receivable, specifically focusing on tracking and allocating project-related expenses.
• Cost Accounting: Perform detailed cost accounting, job costing, and project profitability analysis to ensure financial efficiency.
• Budget & Cash Flow: Monitor project-specific budgets and maintain steady cash flow for multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
• Compliance: Oversee all payroll processing and ensure strict adherence to UAE tax compliance regulations.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for auditors, suppliers, and clients regarding financial matters.
• Requirements:
• Experience: Proven hands-on experience in managing finances specifically for the construction or interior fit-out industry.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in cost accounting and project-based financial software.
• Location: Must be a current resident of the United Arab Emirates.
• Professionalism: Ability to handle complex job costing and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced project environment.
