Accountant

• We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Accountant to join our specialized finance team. This role is central to our commitment to excellence, requiring a professional who can maintain impeccable financial records and deliver high-standard accounting reports for our diverse client base while ensuring strict regulatory compliance.
• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate and systematic financial records for clients, ensuring all transactions are recorded in line with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed accounting reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow analysis, to provide clients with clear financial insights.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all accounting practices and client filings are in full compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations and other applicable standards.
• Audit Support: Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and coordinate with the auditing team to ensure smooth internal and external audit processes.
• Client Advisory: Liaise directly with clients to resolve accounting discrepancies and provide professional guidance on financial record-keeping.
• Data Integrity: Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, ledgers, and sub-ledgers to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
• Requirements:
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, UAE VAT laws, and corporate tax regulations.
• Communication: Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to explain complex financial data to clients clearly.
• Soft Skills: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Software Proficiency: Expert level usage of MS Excel and experience with various cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, or QuickBooks).
