- We are urgently seeking a detail-oriented Male Assistant Accountant to join our financial team. This role is critical for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the daily accounting operations of a busy facilities management firm. We are looking for candidates who are "Immediate Joiners" only.
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Transaction Documentation: Create professional Estimates, Sales Orders, Invoices, and Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) with high accuracy.
- Ledger Management: Take full responsibility for managing Account Receivables and Account Payables to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Supplier Relations: Encode all incoming bills received from suppliers and process payments made to suppliers in a timely manner.
- Tax Compliance: Handle the preparation and submission of VAT Filing in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.
- Cash Management: Oversight and daily management of petty cash for site and office expenses.
- Financial Reconciliation: Perform regular bank statement reconciliations to ensure internal records match bank activities.
- Requirements:
- Experience: Exactly 2 years of relevant experience in an accounting role, preferably within the UAE.
- Nationality: Asian candidates are preferred for this specific position.
- Technical Skills: Must be proficient in MS Office and specialized accounting/HR software.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate with suppliers and the internal management team.
- Availability: Must be available to join immediately.
