HR Executive

• Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in both digital and physical formats.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies in all HR operations.
• Manage employee relations, address grievances, and handle disciplinary procedures as required.
• Prepare and submit all necessary government reports and documentation related to employees.
• Support key administrative tasks and manage multiple HR priorities efficiently.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven HR generalist experience.
• Prior experience within the construction, interior fit-out, or related industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
