HR Executive

• Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
• Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination in liaison with the finance department.
• Maintain and update all HR documentation, employee records, and personal files.
• Ensure HR operations and policies comply with UAE labor laws and company regulations.
• Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide support to employees and management.
• Assist in performance management and employee relations matters.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or Generalist.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Discreet, professional, and able to handle confidential information.
