Stewarding Staff

Corniche Hotel Sharjah is seeking Stewarding Staff to support kitchen and food & beverage operations while maintaining strict hygiene and cleanliness standards. This role is critical to ensuring smooth kitchen operations and compliance with hotel and UAE food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, and work areas.
• Ensure proper waste disposal and hygiene practices are followed.
• Support kitchen staff during operations and events.
• Maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areas in line with hotel SOPs.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates must be currently inside the UAE.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong awareness of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
