Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel Dubai is seeking a reliable and experienced Stewarding Supervisor to oversee kitchen cleaning operations and ensure the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety are maintained across all food and beverage outlets.
This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in stewarding operations within a hotel or large-scale food service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily stewarding operations and stewarding staff
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchens, dishwashing areas, equipment, and storage rooms
- Maintain hygiene standards in compliance with HACCP and local health regulations
- Monitor proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Manage stewarding staff schedules and duty rosters
- Train and motivate stewarding team members
- Coordinate with kitchen and F&B teams to support smooth operations
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure timely replenishment
- Report maintenance issues and ensure corrective actions are taken
Requirements & Skills
- Previous experience as a Stewarding Supervisor or senior steward in a hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Physically fit and able to stand for long working hours
- Candidates must be currently available in the UAE
