• Prepare and cook hot kitchen menu items according to standardized recipes
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards
• Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP knowledge preferred)
• Assist in menu development and daily mise en place preparation
• Monitor stock levels and minimize food wastage
• Coordinate with kitchen helpers and other team members
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of food products
• Follow Dubai Municipality food safety regulations

? Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hot Kitchen Chef in Dubai hotels, restaurants, or cafés
• Strong knowledge of international and Middle Eastern cuisine
• Ability to work under pressure during peak service hours
• Good understanding of food cost control
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
